The Not So Little House in the Woods - Owner's Bed & Bath
This project was a whole home remodel that included gutting the kitchen, adding a walk-in pantry, relocating one bathroom and gutting two others, remodeling the owner’s bedroom and adding a closet behind the bed, creating a workout room, adding French doors to an open space to provide an office, removing wood-burning stoves, installing a double-sided fireplace, refinishing floors and weaving in new flooring seamlessly, and refreshing the guest bedrooms.
The owner’s bathroom was gutted and reconfigured to be more functional for this busy academic couple.
A large wall of zellige tile behind the shower and soaking tub is the showstopper.
The view of the woods is the focal point in the owner’s bedroom.
An unused wood-burning stove was removed from the owner’s bedroom. A closet was added behind the bed.
All floral arrangements were provided by The CU Flower House.
