Two professional buildings were ready for an exterior refresh. The existing architecture was enhanced to make it more visually appealing.
Sunshades and accent lighting were also added to complete the look.
The once forgettable property experienced dramatically increased occupancy and encouraged tenants to upgrade their leased spaces.
Signage was updated to be uniform and to compliment the painted brick and clad accent walls.
